In one of the most thrilling, entertaining, and dangerous professional sports in America, two young Arizonans eye the opportunity at glory with AMA Supercross.
19-year-old Carson Millikan from Surprise and 20-year-old Kade Lewis from Kingman has climbed up the long and difficult road to become professional dirt bike riders. Hundreds of thousands of kids grow up riding dirt bikes, but only a select few can ever make it to the night show and the main event in the ultra competitive sport of Supercross.
This Saturday, the two AZ natives vie for the opportunity to be one of just 40 to compete in the main night show at a jam-packed State Farm Stadium. From there, they’ll battle against the best in the world to make the 22-man A-Main event, a feat that both riders look to accomplish for the first time in their careers.
Supercross drops the gate in Glendale at 5:00 p.m. Saturday with opening ceremonies starting at 4:30 p.m. If you can’t make it to the track, the race will be streamed live on Peacock.
