Pinnacle quarterback Dylan Raiola announced his commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs on Monday morning. The Pinnacle 5-star quarterback is ranked as the No. 1 overall prospect in the nation in the class of 2024. Raiola was previously committed to the Ohio State University before decommiting last December.

Dylan plans to take an official visit to Georgia on June 2. His very first offer came from Kirby Smart’s staff in June 2021.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound quarterback chose the Bulldogs over programs including Nebraska, Oregon and USC. Raiola has deep ties to the Cornhuskers, his father was an offensive lineman for Nebraska before continuing his career in the NFL.
All praises and glory to God! I am truly humbled and honored to receive my FIRST offer from @GeorgiaFootball THANK YOU 🙏🏽 @KirbySmartUGA @CoachToddMonken @Buster_Faulkner @Coach_Gummy #wayfinder @AYGATT_recruits @MikeRoach247 @Elite11 @QBskillsEPIC pic.twitter.com/PXcGFHFSpz

The 2024 quarterback is now at his third high school in four years. In his sophomore season at Burleson (TX), he threw for 3,341 yards with 32 touchdowns. In his junior season at Chandler High School, Raiola threw for 2,435 yards with 22 touchdowns. Now, he’s in the midst of his first spring football campaign with the Pinnacle Pioneers.
The Bulldogs don’t have a reputation for recruiting many prospects from the desert. However, they’re sure to round up a top prospect when they do. 2020 prospect Kelee Ringo was ranked as the No. 1 cornerback in the nation when he announced his commitment to play football at Georgia while at the 2020 All-American Bowl.
