No. 17 Arizona football will look to reach double-digit wins in a season for the second time in three years when they take on SMU in this year’s Trust and Will Holiday Bowl.
One of the best bounceback stories in college football this year, Arizona went from four wins last year to nine regular season wins, including wins over Arizona State, Cincinnati, Baylor, Kansas State and Kansas.
The Wildcats also feature Big 12 First Team selections Noah Fifita, Dalton Johnson and Treydan Stukes.
SMU is 8-4 on the year and have marquee wins over College Football Playoff selection Miami and Clemson.
The Mustangs were also in the College Football Playoff last year.
The game kicks off at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego on January 2 at 6 PM Arizona time.
