Penn State and Washington will play in this years Fiesta Bowl. Heisman Trophy candidate Saquon Barkley will lead the Nittnay Lions against a stout Washington defense. The Huskies finished 11th in the final College Football Playoff poll, which put them in the New Years Six bowl. Washington lost to Arizona State and Stanford during the regular season. Penn State lost by one point to Ohio State and 3 pts to Michigan State. Both losses were on the road. Both teams finished the regular season with a 10-2 record.
Penn State has played in the Fiesta Bowl six times in history and won in all six appearances.
The Fiesta Bowl will kick off at 2pm on Saturday, December 30th.
