Bring on the 49ers and Seattle. The Cardinals 22-6 win over Carolina on Sunday gave our hometown heroes a 3-2 record with the meat of their schedule coming up. I heard the names Dansby, Washington, and Peterson throughout the afternoon. Cam Newton looked very average for someone with so much talent. Going through the ASU loss to the Irish, the problem of depth on their defensive line and with a wide receiver still hasn’t been answered. The Richard Smith fumble was the back breaker of the game, with the two overthrows to tight end Chris Coyle down the seam being big misses too.

Two names to keep an eye on within the Diamondbacks organization with change coming to Kirk Gibsons staff; Turner Ward and Dan Carlson. Both are highly thought of amidst the organization. Ward was the assistant hitting coach for the big league club after spending time in the farm system. Carlson was the pitching coach for the Double A team in Mobile that included Archie Bradley (14-5,1.84 ERA)…
