According to MaxPreps, Dillard-Allen tallied 43 tackles, a tackle for loss, two interceptions and a fumble caused in six games last year. He sat out the first five games of the season after transferring from Desert Vista.
The Mountain Pointe standout wanted to commit early to help set the tone and recruit the rest of Arizona. Two players he’s already targeting are Desert Edge’s Jamar Beal-Goines and Saguaro’s Dajon Hinton.
Dillard-Allen said the Sun Devils see him filling a similar role that current ASU senior Shamari Simmons holds. Off the field, he said he would likely pursue a degree in biomedical engineering at ASU.
He’s looking to add about 10-15 pounds of muscle ahead of his senior season while maintaining his elite speed. This offseason, he was clocked running a 10.98 100-meter dash and 4.298 40-yard dash.

His high school coach Eric Lauer says he’s a highly intelligent player, and he’s looking forward to seeing Dillard-Allen lead the Pride defense in his senior season.
The safety has a laundry list of offers that included, ASU, Arizona, Nebraska, Texas A&M, UCLA, Washington, Kansas and USC.
He broke down his decision, what’s building in Tempe and what’s next for him in the above video.
