The Arizona Cardinals are bringing the heat this Fall with a delicious menu featuring many new, delicious menu items and partnerships. One of the newest editions to the food selection at State Farm Stadium is Lola’s Tacos. Lola Olivares was born in Tijuana, Mexico and bought a food truck during the pandemic. She’s made appearances with her food truck outside of State Farm Stadium in the past, but this year you can find her delicious tacos and nachos inside the stadium!

There are many other delicious spins on Mexican dishes on the menu in 2022. Big Red’s Mini Tacos look adorable but pack a bit of a punch. These deep red mini tacos are made with chicken, and jalapeno. Mini tacos are also served with a side of nacho cheese sauce for dipping (highly recommend). If you want an unexpected spice, the mini tacos are the dish for you!

The Quesabirria Burger has everything you love about birria tacos on a tasty hamburger. It’s a half-pound grilled Omaha Steaks patty topped with slow braised beef birria, Chihuahua cheese, and Jalisco salsa..and of course, it comes with a side of consumè.
