Lumberjacks Sign Four, Shake up Staff on Early Signing Day

Four players in, two coaches out on the opening of the early signing period for Northern Arizona University.. Included in the class are three freshman early signees as well as a player inking from the junior college ranks.“I am very pleased with the members of this year’s early signing class in terms of how it adds depth and solidifies our program on both sides of the line of scrimmage,” Souers said.  “We added some talented players on both the offensive and defensive lines as well as an immediate replacement to fill the void left after the graduation of All-Big Sky center Blake Porter.”

Offensive coordinator/QB coach Brian Sheppard and Special teams coordinator Gary Hyman are no longer with the program.
