While the Arizona State football team has to replace four starters in the defensive secondary, the Sun Devils have two ballhawks who logged a lot of time on Frank Kush field to headline the group in Jordan Clarka and Timarcus Davis.
Clark has seen the field in Tempe since 2019 and has looked to take those next steps not only as a playmaker but a leader.
The Baton Rouge native’s role models growing up have shared their wisdom to help him make that jump whether, it be his father and long-time NFL defensive back Ryan Clark, “Uncle” Troy Polamalu, Tyrann Mathieu or his former Sun Devil secondary members who are now in the NFL like Chase Lucas and Jack Jones.
Clark sat down with Sports360AZ to discuss those role models and how he’s implementing those lessons into his approach ahead of the 2022 season.
