Ja’Kobi Lane was a human highlight reel while at Red Mountain High School.
Now, he’ll look to do the same while catching balls from a MVP quarterback in Baltimore. The Ravens took Lane in the third round of the NFL Draft with the 80th overall pick.
Lane caught 99 passes for 1,363 yards and 18 touchdowns in three years with USC. In 2024, he has 43 catches with 12 of them going for touchdowns.
Over two full varsity seasons with Red Mountain, he tallied 141 catches for 1,1813 and 25 scores.
He joins Highland offensive tackle Caleb Lomu and Treydan Stukes as the other former Arizona prep standouts to be selected in this year’s draft.
