Lebron James wants the Phoenix Suns and Eric Bledsoe to “break bread” or in other words, pay Bledsoe the max contract that he has been seeking. The backstory here is James and Bledsoe share the same agent, Rich Paul. Lebron put on his instagram account the “break bread” line. In the court of public opinion, I sense that fans of the Suns agree with the teams stance to stay away from the term “max deal” when talking about Bledsoe. Even with the best player on the planet lobbying for Bledsoe, the Suns shouldn’t give in on this one. Two knee surgeries and paying for potential is not the way to get this team out of the ditch it’s been stuck in since the Nash glory days…
Happy for former Sun Devil Adam Archuleta. After working hard at high school and college games as a TV color analyst, “Arch” has been given an 8 game NFL schedule by CBS. His first assignment will be Miami at Buffalo next week…
Two games for Arizona State and it’s still hard to make much out of the type of team the Sun Devils will have this season. Saturday nights blowout win at New Mexico was as sloppy a showing by a Todd Graham team as I’ve seen. Dumb penalties, special teams mistakes, and a defense still trying to find it’s footing. Todd Grahams team was just going through the motions at practice last week and I thought it showed Saturday night.
Bad College Football Saturday for the Big10, USC A.D. Pat Haden, and Texas. Michigan was overmatched by Notre Dame, Ohio State got rolled at home by Virginia Tech, and Michigan State couldn’t keep up with the speed of Oregon.
Pat Haden is part of the new college football playoff selection committee and he’s running on the field to argue a call for his head coach? The Pac-12 will review.
How does Texas not even show up on the field for two straight years against BYU? It wasn’t a fair fight. Stunning…
Arizona Christian head football coach Donnie Yantis led his team to the first win in school history Saturday afternoon, beating NAIA George Fox 30-27. Afterwards, Yantis gave the game ball to ACU school President Len Munsil…

The story moving forward is for the first time, we have a soccer franchise that is on solid ground. Owner Kyle Eng put together a product that got better and better OFF of the pitch as the season progressed. UnitedSC finished the season with 10 victories. Pretty amazing…
