In a deep and quickly changing Arizona quarterback class, Desert Mountain quarterback Kedon Slovis is the next signal caller to make his college choice.
The 6-foot-3, 195-pound announced on Twitter on Saturday that he has committed to USC, five days after the Trojans offered.

Slovis, who has been coached by offensive guru David Sedmak and has Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner as his offensive coordinator, threw for nearly 3,000 yards as a junior with 32 touchdowns and five interceptions.
Slovis was one of the hottest recruits in the state in recent weeks, picking up offers from the Trojans, as well as Hawaii, New Mexico State, UC Davis, San Jose State, NAU, North Carolina State, SMU, UNLV, Oregon State, San Diego State, Colorado State and Vanderbilt with his first offer coming at the end of March.
Slovis and Desert Mountain will start their season on August 17th against Apollo. In Week 2, it will be quite a quarterback showdown with Slovis facing off against Chaparral quarterback Jack Miller, the top 2020 quarterback in the nation.
