The pursuit of a NCAA title ended for Arizona Basketball on Thursday night.
It was a pretty simple recipe for the Houston Cougars to take out the Wildcats 72-60 . A stifling UH defense turned the Wildcats over 14 times and held Arizona to 33-percent shooting from the floor.
Houston was led by sophomore Jamal Shead, who controlled the floor and poured through 21 points.
With the loss, the Wildcats season finished with a 33-4 record.
