I’m sure many would be tempted to go offense in April, but looking at the Cardinals’ draft position today, I’d take Carter or trade down to acquire extra picks. This isn’t a roster that is just a couple of players away from contending. Just because I’m a big fan personally of running back Bijan Robinson(Salpointe high school), doesn’t mean he’s the right pick for the Cardinals at #3. Too high of a spot to take an RB. Now, if they trade back and get a mid-first-round pick I’m looking at Robinson or former Saguaro star Keelee Ringo. Just about a month till pitchers and catchers report, and I am feeling a sense of interest in the hometown nine. If you peel back 2022, the bullpen came in with matches and gasoline rather than a ball and glove far too often. I like the off-season moves up to now. Still need to see more help in the bullpen before Opening Day.
