Sophomore point guard Remy Martin scored a career high 31 points and added eights assists and Zylan Cheatham grabbed 22 rebounds as Arizona State gave head coach Bobby Hurley his first victory over Arizona, 95-88 in overtime before 14,731 at Wells Fargo Arena.

Arizona (14-8, 5-4) played the game without star guard Brandon Williams, who was in street clothes on the Wildcat bench. They were paced in scoring by seniors Ryan Luther and Justin Coleman who each scored 19 points.

Hurley was 0-6 against Arizona in his coaching career for the Sun Devils. ASU (15-6, 6-3) held Arizona without a basket during the overtime period to seal the victory. The Wildcats have now dropped their last three games and will face Washington at home next week.
Arizona State, who had all five starters score in double figures, has won three of their last four and will host Washington State next week.
