Arizona football opened the season at home against Hawaii, winning 40-6.
After a disappointing season in 2024, Brent Brennan and his staff have worked tirelessly to improve the culture and in turn, bring the product on the field to a better spot.
The Wildcats played physical against a bruised and batter Hawaii team. Tre Smith was a monster on the defensive line.
The run game was ferocious throughout, with multiple backs getting the job done.
Noah Fifita looked more like he did in 2023, despite there being lots if inconsistencies in the wide receiver play. That’ll only get better as the season goes on.
