The 2025 Players Trust Playmakers Classic took place in Phoenix, Arizona on February 18.
It’s the third annual Playmakers Classic, an event designed to showcase all the amazing things that MLB players in the trust are doing, as well as sponsors and others involved.
On the red carpet, I caught up with Reds pitcher Brent Suter, Diamondbacks pitcher Bryce Jarvis, Players Trust board member Chris Capuano, and baseball hall of fame member Dave Winfield.
Winfield was recognized with a Lifetime Achievement award. He helped start the Players Trust nearly 30 years ago. He’s also one of the first athletes to launch his own non-profit.
