Arizona State football put the first name on the 2016 recruiting class board Thursday night.
Hunter Kampmoyer from Bishop (Calif.) High School gave a verbal to the Sun Devils.
Kampmoyer, 6-4 240lbs had good numbers last season playing several positions on his high school team. On offense he found the end zone 5 times and racked up 450 yards on 21 catches playing tight end.
On defense he had 123 tackles and 13 sacks.
