In this HoopTalk with Sunnyslope junior forward Darius Wabbington, we took a closer look at the matchup between nationally ranked No. 4 Slope and No. 6 Millennium.
When you consider the gravity of the moment, it’s a night that is to be remembered in Arizona high school basketball.
Between Wabbington, Cameron Holmes, Adan Diggs, Rider Portela, Delton Prescott, and more – the talent on the court meant the gym sold out for good reason.
Even though the Vikings survived the Tigers at home, 61-57, the respect between these foes is clear to see.
Is it Sunnyslope or Millennium’s year to win State?
Check out the video above for a preview of the probable Open Championship.
