A dominating day by Ty Gibbs, earned the 18-year old his second career win at Phoenix Raceway. Gibbs, son of NASCAR Cup Series owner and former NFL head coach, Joe Gibbs, led 124 of the 150 laps in Friday night’s General Tire 150 with Phoenix-based company, Pristine Auction, as a primary sponsor.
Gibbs returns to the track in Saturday’s Xfinity Series Call 811 Before You Dig 200, where he looks for his second career win in the series after claiming victory in his first career series start at the Daytona Road Course this year. Gibbs looks to keep his 100% win record in the series.
