Sunday morning, Todd Graham was fired as Arizona State’s football coach.
In six seasons, Graham went 46-31 with the Sun Devils and made bowl appearances in five of those seasons. In the last three seasons, he went 18-19.
On Sunday, Graham addressed the media and showed appreciation for the university and fans for their support over the years.
Athletic director Ray Anderson said the search is underway for the next Arizona State football coach, and it is absolutely necessary to have a head coach in place before the December 20th early signing period for football recruits that was implemented this year. He also said that he is hopeful much of the coaching staff can stay on-board despite Graham’s departure.
