The Sun Bus Aims to Save Lives with Skin Cancer Screenings at Phoenix Raceway

All this weekend, The Sun Bus is hoping to help save lives by giving free skin cancer screenings all day, every day, during NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway.

The Sun Bus is also giving away free sunscreen and other goodies to help protect your skin against the Arizona sun.

The Sun Bus and the Erik Jones Foundation partnered together for this potentially life-saving initiative at Phoenix Raceway. The Erik Jones Foundation is built on three pillars, igniting children’s passion for reading, encouraging early cancer detection and care, and promoting animal welfare. This works hand in hand with the values of the Sun Bus and the long-term growth that the Erik Jones Foundation is looking to achieve.

The entire process from registration to walking out the door only takes about 15 minutes. You can schedule your screening at http://TheSunBus.org but walk-ups are welcome too all weekend long. So if you have a ticket to Phoenix Raceway this weekend, be sure to head to Gate 3 and visit The Sun Bus for your free skin cancer screening.

NASCAR Championship Weekend continues through Sunday’s Cup Series Championship Race at 1:00 p.m. local time with the NASCAR Cup Series live on NBC.
