As the NBA record seven-team trade became official, the Suns rookie class was introduced at the Scottsdale YMCA ahead of their youth clinic:

Here’s the full trade between the Suns, Rockets, Nets, Warriors, Hawks, Lakers, and Timberwolves that send Kevin Durant to Houston:

Between Khaman Maluach, Rasheer Fleming, and Koby Brea – Phoenix fans have plenty to look forward to with this young group.

“I just can’t wait to get to work,” Fleming said.

“Super blessed and honored to be a Phoenix Sun,” Brea said. “Excited to get out in the community.”

Whether it’s Maluach’s overall size, Fleming’s athleticism, or Brea’s shooting – they all add skills that GM Brian Gregory needed to add to the roster.

“I’m so excited to part of this great culture,” Maluach said. “Thinking about the people that helped me get in this position I’m in today and the collective effort they made and the effort I made to push myself through some hard times to make it to this stage.”

“To be honest with you, I’m even more excited watching them and their competitiveness,” Gregory said. “Really important to us…finding guys that were gritty, and were gonna be tough, and were gonna be physical and not afraid to hit somebody on the glass.”

They’ll show their stuff in summer league where the Suns are expected to have a strong squad with guys like Ryan Dunn, Oso Ighodaro, & Collin Gillespie also making the trip to Vegas.

First game is Friday, July 11 against the Wizards at 6 PM.
