64-year-old Tim Bradley has quite the resume in the Ironman World.
He has won his age group in 14 Ironman events including an age group record 2x Ironman World Championships (KONA in ’22 and Nice ’23) and 3x Ironman 70.3 World Championship (St George ’21 & ’21 and Lahti ’23). (M55 and M60 Age Group).
I spoke with him just days after taking part in the 200-mile heat of the Life Time UNBOUND Gravel race in Emporia, Kansas.
We caught up to discuss how he does it and advice for anyone trying to live a fit life as long as possible.
