The Home2First Foundation is launching a new baseball league in East Phoenix.

The Balsz Home2First Baseball League is the first organized baseball league in the district in a decade.

The inaugural season kicks off on March 8, with four teams of 10 players with kids ranging from five to eight years old.

I caught up with co-founder Paul Penney to learn more about the foundation started by him and his sons and this league.
