Whether it be Sean Miller or Tommy Lloyd, the Arizona men’s basketball program has recruited internationally very effectively over recent years. The next wave of Wildcats continue that trend with Serbian forward Filip Borovicanin announcing his commitment to the ‘Cats via Instagram on Tuesday.
According to ESPN’s Jonathan Givony, the 6-foot-8 forwards averaged 20 points, 9 rebounds, 4.4 assists for KK Beko in Serbia.
Texas Tech and Xavier were the other two programs to offer him.
Borovicanin joins Dylan Anderson as a part of the Wildcats’ 2022 recruiting class.
