Rising FC Beats Reno, Remains Unbeaten

 Phoenix Rising FC extended its unbeaten streak to three matches following a last minute 1-0 win at Reno 1868 FC.

Midfielder Solomon Asante converted his penalty kick in the waning moments of the match to seal the win for the club. He becomes the first player in club history to score a goal in each of his first three matches. 

 

The shutout marks the first of the 2018 season for Carl Wosczynski and Phoenix Rising.

Phoenix Rising returns home on Saturday, April 7, to take on the defending regular-season champion Real Monarchs.
