The Suns have reportedly found their next head coach in Frank Vogel.
According to reports, the finalists for the job were Vogel, Suns assistant Kevin Young and former 76ers coach Doc Rivers.
Vogel won a NBA championship in the NBA bubble season with the Los Angeles Lakers. He has also coached with the Orlando Magic and Indiana Pacers, where the team reached the Eastern Conference semifinals twice.
According to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, the deal is worth five years and $31 million.

In his time with the Lakers, Vogel posted a 127-98 record and was fired after the Lakers did not make the playoffs in 2022.
He replaces Monty Williams, who was fired by the Suns after a second-straight early exit in the postseason. Williams is now the head coach of the Detroit Pistons.
