With National Letter of Intent Day this Wednesday, Perry quarterback Brock Purdy has started the process of elimination. After spending the weekend on a last-minute recruiting trip to Texas A&M, Purdy has narrowed down his list of college choices to just two.
Purdy’s father, Shawn, told Sports360az.com via text late Sunday afternoon that his son had cut the list down to Iowa State and Texas A&M. Defending National Champion Alabama and Central Florida are no longer in contention for the Purdy’s commitment on Wednesday.
The attention on the recruitment of Purdy became a national story last month, once Alabama offered Purdy a scholarship.

Texas A&M was not an option for Purdy until the middle of last week. The Aggies came to the Purdy home on Thursday and by Friday night Purdy was having dinner with Aggies head coach Jimbo Fisher.
