Bruce Arians is 9-5 in season number one with the Cardinals. 9-5!!! No matter the competition, no matter the way in which they have been able to accomplish the record, the facts are the improvement from year to year is more than encouraging.

Go up and down the roster of offseason signings and draft picks and it’s hard for me to find many warts on year one of the Keim/Arians regime.

Not many expect them to finish to the season with wins over the Seahawks and 49ers, but I am pleased with the progress of the organization…

Heard that at Saturday nights ASU football banquet, one fan laid out $9,000.00 for the game ball in the UofA victory.

Also heard they put out a live auction bid on dinner with Todd Graham and his wife at a boosters home that didn’t get much action. Dinner with the coach and his wife at the 50 yard-line at Sun Devil Stadium is the way to go…

#1 ranked Arizona basketball should be undefeated through the start of Pac-12 play. I’d love to see the Cats and ASU meet up in Tucson on January 16th with UofA still perfect…
