Pinnacle 2023 tight end Duce Robinson made headlines as an eighth grader when he received an offer from ASU.
After playing varsity as a freshman and having limited opportunities due to injury, Robinson has hit the ground running in 2020 with 20 catches for 232 yards and two scores.
6’6 one of the top recruits in his class but this is what separates him from the pack! Gunner on punt team! Most kids would take this play off but his effort on every play is EXCEPTIONAL! Let’s go ✌🏻 @Ducerobinson2 pic.twitter.com/ippbN0dKsx

The 6-foot-6, 220-pound sophomore is not only thriving on the field, but on the court, and on the diamond as well. Robinson was able to get some baseball showcases this offseason. Duce’s father is also a trainer, so the tight end has been able to stay in shape during quarantine.

Robinson is intrigued with ASU’s new offensive system and how it could incorporate the tight end. While he’s keeping a close eye at the Sun Devils, he’s focused more on Pinnacle’s season and how he can continue to thrive in a stout passing game with Devon Dampier and Dorian Singer. He discusses all that, and more, on the Recruiting Roundup.
