The 2013 Waste Management Phoenix Open Champion, Phil Mickelson, is coming off a great year on the PGA Tour. Along with his win in Scottsdale last January during a week where he just missed breaking a round of 60, he was victorious in the British Open as well which was the only major he was yet to win.
But will 2014 be even better? Mickelson believes so.
