The Diamondbacks hopes of going to the World Series now rest on the right arm of rookie Brandon Pfaadt, who will be the Arizona starting pitcher in the deciding game of the National League Championship Series here in Philadelphia on Tuesday night.
“We’re just going to keep attacking them, keep being aggressive”, was about as much as Pfaadt would divulge, not giving much insight into the gamelan against the Phillies hitters. “It would mean alot. stating Game 7 would be huge”.
Pfaadt dominated the Phillies in Game Three, striking out nine in 5 2/3 innings striking out 9.
