It doesn’t have to be all “hot takes” and negatives. Sure, to this point the Suns have had one of their most disappointing seasons, but what matters most is still in front of them. The long grind of the regular season still has two months to go before the playoffs. If you haven’t looked closely into Durant’s season, you might want to consider that at age 36 he’s averaging 27 points per game, while shooting 52% from the floor. Unbelievable numbers! Sometimes, I have to step back from the noise of our industry and remind myself that greatness doesn’t often come along in our little slice of heaven.
