Lindsey Hunter to Detroit?

According to media reports in Detroit Wednesday night, Phoenix Suns interim head coach Lindsey Hunter wants out of his contract with the team to pursue the head coaching position with the Pistons.

The Suns went 12-29 under Hunter, who took over on an interim basis after Alvin Gentry parted ways with the team. On Tuesday, Suns President Lon Babby said he would not rule out Hunter as the coach for next season.
