Former Perry high school star quarterback Brock Purdy came off the bench on Sunday to lead the San Francisco 49ers to a 33-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins.
San Francisco starting quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo had to leave the game in the first half with a foot injury.

Purdy would have an excellent stat line of 25-37-210yds with two TDs. The 49ers improve to 8-4 with the victory.
