It wasn’t a matter of if GCU women’s basketball would make the NCAA tournament – they crossed that bridge yesterday when beating UT Arlington in the WAC championship.
Sunday was a matter of where they would travel to and who they would play in the first round in their first ever March Madness.
Both questions have the same answer: Baylor.
The Lopes are the No. 13 seed and will play the No. 4 Bears in Waco in the first round on Friday.
