Grand Canyon University will be causing Havoc in the NCAA Tournament after earning the No. 14 seed in the West Region. The Lopes are set to face the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Friday in Denver.
Grand Canyon University hosted a Selection Sunday watch party and celebrated earning a chance to dance.
GCU men’s basketball is a No. 14 seed and will take on No. 3 Gonzaga in the opening round of the NCAA tournament.

The Lopes head into the conference as WAC Champions after defeating Southern Utah 84-66. This will be the second NCAA Tournament appearance for Antelopes head coach Bryce Drew. In their first March Madness run in 2021, the GCU Lopes lost in the West Regional against No. 2 Iowa.
This season the Lopes head into the tournament one seed higher and with a 24-11 record.
