GCU Alum Nathan Byrd Set for First Home Race at Phoenix Raceway

It’s a legendary name in racing, now behind the wheel! 24-year-old Goodyear native, Nathan Byrd, is set to race for the first time at his home track on Friday at Phoenix Raceway.

A name know for taking on the Indianapolis 500 has their fourth generation racing entrepreneur in the cockpit this Friday. Byrd has teamed up with Young’s Motorsports to battle in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Championship Race on Friday on FS1 at 6:00 p.m. MST.
