Every week during the season NFL Network and NFL.com Senior Fantasy Analyst Michael Fabiano joins Sports360AZ.com’s Brad Cesmat to share his insight on building and developing your fantasy team for success.

Here are some hi-lights from our most recent conversation (November 22nd) with the Fantasy Sports Writer’s Association Hall of Famer.

Who are some quarterbacks you like heading into Week 12? “I’ve been touting Marcus Mariota for weeks. Keep him active this week, no question about that against Chicago. Russell Wilson appears to be back in the good graces of fantasy owners and I play him this week against the Buccaneers. You know I’m bringing up Dak Prescott. Keep playing him. He’s still not owned in 80% of leagues on NFL.com! Drives me nuts! Derek Carr is a good play this week, clearly one of the better young quarterbacks in the league.”

How about some to stay away from? “I’m sitting Carson Palmer. Sorry, Arizona. I know the match-up is really good but if you look at the teams that Atlanta has faced, they’ve faced some of the best quarterbacks in the league and Carson Palmer just does not look right at this point. Andy Dalton without A.J. Green is basically unstartable. Jameis Winston has a tough matchup against Seattle.”

What are your thoughts on Jeremy Hill? “You saw his value rise with Gio Bernard being out for the year but he’s playing Baltimore this week so don’t expect a huge stat line.”

Any others to stay away from? “Doug Martin. Bad matchup this week. Isaiah Crowell…I feel like he’s not a thing anymore, especially lately. I also would be aware of Mark Ingram and Latavious Murray this week based on the match-ups.”

You like Tyrelle Williams in San Diego? “Tyrelle Williams this week is a bad play. Maybe you try and pick him up very soon because San Diego’s [fantasy] playoff schedule is very good but this week not a great match up.”

Any tight ends that should be benched this weekend? “Coby Fleener. Cameron Brate. Jared Cook went nuts last week. That’s not going to happen again. I know you probably have to play Travis Kelsey this week but you don’t have to like it. He never scored a touchdown against the Broncos and he’s averaging just five fantasy points against them.”
