Arizona State, a home underdog to Washington State, will try to break the Cougars’ four-game win streak Saturday night at Sun Devil Stadium.
The Sun Devils are coming off a lopsided loss to Colorado, while WSU held off UCLA to improve to 4-2, 3-0 in Pac-12 play. The Cougs are led by seasoned junior quarterback Luke Falk, running back Gerard Wicks, senior wide receiver Gabe Marks and a host of talented skill players in head coach Mike Leach’s ‘Air Raid’ offense.
The Devils (5-2, 2-2), whose offense sputtered last weekend in Boulder, are hoping to have a healthier Manny Wilkins for homecoming Saturday. The redshirt sophomore quarterback has been limited this week in practice and head coach Todd Graham isn’t sure yet how improved his signal caller will be against the Cougs.
Gabrielle Mercer has more in the video above.
Kickoff is set for 7:00.
