‘Cats sweep the LA schools. Now 17-0

The amazing run by the Arizona Wildcats basketball team continued Sunday night at USC, with the ‘Cats rollin to a
73-53 victory over the USC Trojans Sunday night at the Galen Center in LA.

Arizona is now 17-0, the best start in the history of the Wildcats basketball program. This will be the 6th straight week that the ‘Cats program will be ranked #1 in the nation.

The Cats did struggle early against the USC zone defense. The Trojans dared point guard T.J. McConnell to shoot from downtown, he responded hitting a career high five 3ptrs.and scored a career best 19 points.

Lots of intrigue around this Thursday Nights matchup between the Cats and Arizona State in Tucson.
