Carson Palmer inks 3 year deal, what about Fitz?

Arizona Sports News online

The Arizona Cardinals have signed Carson Palmer to a new year three year contract that will run through 2017.
“Carson has played at an incredibly high level and has been a huge part of the team’s success,” said General Manager Steve Keim. “When you combine his on-field performance with the leadership, stability, and professionalism he brings to our team, there was no question that we wanted to extend the relationship and we are excited he felt the same way.”
The Palmer contract coupled with the Patrick Peterson deal signed in late July, leave the Cardinals and Larry Fitzgerald looking at each other trying to figure out what will happen next.
Fitzgerald has a $23.6 million dollar salary cap number for 2015 and the Cardinals star receiver has already acknowledged that his time in Arizona is uncertain.
Purely speculating here, but you have to believe that Palmer and his agent David Dunn have an idea of what is going to happen with Fitzgerald after this season. Why would Palmer resign without knowing how much talent he would have to work with? The Cardinals have seen the development of rookie wideout John Brown along with the growth of Michael Floyd.
Palmer has a 15-6 record with the Cardinals since coming over in a trade from the Oakland Raiders. That is the best record for a modern-era Cardinals QB through his first 21 starts.
