Carson Brown Dominates ARCA Field at Phoenix Raceway

In his first career ARCA Menards Series National start, Performance Racing Group’s Carson Brown had to overcome a hot Arizona day, winds gusting, his teammate breathing down his neck, and a one lap overtime shootout. But through it all, he still led every lap and took home his first career ARCA National Series win on Thursday.

Brown is the 39th driver to win in his ARCA Menards Series debut, and the victory was a welcome one after finishing second place in the ARCA West Series race in November of 2025. Phoenix-raised, Mia Lovell ran most of the race in the top-ten for Nitro Motorsports. The 19-year-old had to settle for a 30th place finish after an accident on lap 100 of 157.

The ARCA Menards Series West remains in the Grand Canyon State for their next race at Tucson Speedway on Saturday, April 11 at  7 PM local time.

Three more days remain of a historic doubleheader with NASCAR and INDYCAR at Phoenix Raceway. Qualifying for the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series and INDYCAR headlines Friday’s action. Those two series will race back to back on Saturday with the NASCAR Cup Series concluding the weekend with the Straight Talk 500 on Sunday. Get your tickets now at phoenixraceway.com.
