Cardinals come up short at Houston

Arizona Cardinals lost on Sunday at Houston 21-16. 

Kyler Murray played in his second straight game since coming off a knee injury in 2022. Murray completed 20 of 30 for 214 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Murray ran for 51 yards and a score. 

Houston rookie quarterback C.J. Stroud would throw three interceptions but would roll up 336 yards and two touchdowns. 

The Cardinals loss moved their record to 2-9. They will be back at home against the LA Rams next Sunday.
