If Tetairoa McMillan does this year Arizona fans have become accustomed to what he can do, there could be very little debate that he is the best Wildcat wide receiver ever.
He’s been tabbed a preseason All-American and the first potential wide receiver off the board in next year’s draft. With that production and expectation comes pressure.
Helping him manage that pressure and reach his full potential is the man he will most likely surpass in that best wide receiver debate: Bobby Wade.
Wade was added to Brent Brennan’s staff as the wide receivers coach this offseason, and while he looks to connect with all of his wideouts, he can especially provide a perspective few can for McMillan.
