The PHHacility in Tempe was a constant destination for Kennedy and Carson Basham growing up. With their mom Jamie in the stands, countless hours were spent perfecting their games. Both made it to the collegiate level with Carson entering his second season at with NAU men’s hoops and Kennedy in Tempe with the ASU women’s team.
Last weekend, they were able to return ot the PHHacility and give back to kids with the same dreams they had just a few years ago. Together, they hosted the Back 2 School bash. Kids were able to come in and get coached by the siblings and some of Kennedy’s Sun Devil teammates and get free backpacks and school supplies for the upcoming academic year.
They discussed what it meant to them to give back and how they hope the event grows in the future in the video above.
