Glendale’s Michael McDowell looks back on winning at the legendary venue last year while he rides another career season for Front Row Motorsports in 2024. Michael starts 8th in Sunday’s Brickyard 400.

Peoria, AZ native, Leland Honeyman Jr., started his career in off-road buggy racing & now will race on the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval two weeks before graduating from high school!

It’s been an up & down rookie year with Young’s Motorsports but successful in building a new team! Honeyman finished 20th in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Penzoil 250.

 

NASCAR returns to Arizona for NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway to crown four champions in the ARCA Menards West Series, Craftsman Truck Series, Xfinity Series, and Cup Series over three days from November 8-10.

Arizona native, Devon Henry, joined the Sports360AZ crew in 2018 after graduating from Arizona State's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication.
