The Arizona Wildcats beat the Oklahoma Sooners in Thursday’s Alamo Bowl 38-24. It also marks their 10th win of the year, a feat that has only happened four times in program history.
It’s one of the best seasons ever for the Wildcats, and now they’ll look to leverage that into a strong start with the Big 12 next year.
Arizona should return a core of talent, and the Cats have built up depth to help replace the likes of Jordan Morgan and Jacob Cowing, who will be NFL bound come April.
Speaking of Cowing, he now owns the single-season record in program history for touchdown catches after he hauled in two scores against Oklahoma.
The Wildcats give their reaction to the bowl win, the bigger picture and what things will look like in Tucson moving forward.
