Arizona Media Podcast: Jude Lacava
This is something that I’ve wanted to do for a while
now. Talking with those in the Arizona sports media about the job, process, future, advice, stress, likes/dislikes of what they do on a daily basis. Sometimes I will not have front-facing talent on this podcast. I am interested in how the sports photographer or producer goes about their jobs too, so they will show up on this from time to time. Jude LaCava is my first guest. I’ve known Jude since my days in Southern California. We worked on a few stories together when he was at KTAR and I was at XTRA Sports 690. I have the utmost respect for him and consider him a friend. What does he dislike about our profession? Which famous Phoenix Suns player did Jude almost come to blows with? What does his day look like from start to finish while trying to stay on top of one of the busiest sports markets in America? Plus much, much more. I hope you enjoy this new addition to the site.
